Heart to Heart
Since 2023, The Happy Hearts Foundation has been dedicated to supporting those affected by heart disease and cardiovascular illness. Our mission focuses on raising funds, increasing awareness, advocating for, and supporting individuals dealing with various heart conditions, along with donating hundreds of both patient and caregiver bags to local medical centers so far. Through our work in assisting those who need it most, paired with a true passion for making a difference, we aim to empower and assist individuals and families impacted by heart-related issues alongside some of the other issues near and dear to our hearts. Join us in our commitment to promoting heart health and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by heart disease. Our Inspiration
In Memory of Carmine and RoseMarie Bonomo
These are my grandparents. My grandfather, Carmine Bonomo died of a heart attack on September 6, 2000. My grandmother, Rosemarie, lived without him for 20 years before she passed away from Pancreatic Cancer on November 26, 2020. It is my goal to encapsulate their lives and share their memory through my efforts to help people with heart disease across the world.
